Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 5 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 to prepare pumpkin remove skin and boil until soft.
- 2 strain for several hours to remove as much water as possible.
- 3 can be frozen for later use.
- 4 mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.
- 5 top with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
- 6 bake at 325-350 degrees 45-55 minutes.
