- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk or 1 2/3 cups light cream
- 1 pie shell
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 mix in order given. pour in pastry shell.
- 3 bake for 15 minutes. lower temperature to 350 degrees for 45 minutes more (or until done).
