Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (broken)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs well.
- 2 add the pumpkin, corn syrup, and brown sugars, salt, vanilla, pecans and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
- 3 pour into pie shell and bake in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes.
- 4 reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
