Delicious Pumpkin Fluff

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 1 (1 lb) can pumpkin
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 3/4 cup melted margarine
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• cool whip

Recipe

• 1 mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, milk and spices on medium speed in mixer bowl.
• 2 pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
• 3 sprinkle a dry yellow cake mix over the batter.
• 4 drizzle melted margarine over the top of the cake mix.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
• 6 take out of the oven and sprinkle nuts over the dessert.
• 7 return to the oven and bake 30 minutes more.
• 8 serve with a dollop of cool whip.
