Raisin Snack Cake

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 540 ml raisin pie filling
Recipe
- 1 stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg, set aside.
- 2 in large mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- 3 beat in eggs and vanilla.
- 4 add flour mixture to creamed butter mixture alternately with raisin pie filling, blending well after each addition.
- 5 spread in greased 13x9 pan. bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins or until done.
- 6 cool and serve.
