Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups wheat flakes
- 1 cup barley
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
- 2 cups coarsely chopped dried apples
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricot
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 toast seeds in dry skillet over medium heat for 3 minuts until golden, tossing regularly to avoid burning.
- 2 mix toasted seeds with remaining ingredients and let cool.
- 3 stor in airtight container, and serve with milk or yogurt and sliced fresh fruit.
