Mommy's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 (16 ounce) cans unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 2/3 cup water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven- 350°.
- 2 butter and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans.
- 3 stir together sugar and oil.
- 4 stir in eggs and pumpkin.
- 5 combine dry ingredients in a bowle.
- 6 blend dry and water into wet mixture
- 7 (1/3 dry then ½ water the another 1/3 dry, so on).
- 8 separate between two loaf pans
- 9 bake 30-40 min or till cake tester comes out clean.
- 10 let stand 10 minute.
- 11 remove from pans and cool.
