Homemade Granola

Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1 cup crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup whole grain quinoa
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 3/4 cup unprocessed honey
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup green pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon amaranth
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 250.
- 2 spread all ingredients except dates and cranberries on a cookie sheet (or 9 by 13 cake pan).
- 3 stir until well mixed.
- 4 bake for 20 minutes.
- 5 stir well.
- 6 bake another 20 minutes.
- 7 when cooled, add the dried fruit.
