Homemade Muesli

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 200 g oats
- 200 g barley
- 200 g rye flakes
- 4 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons raisins or 3 tablespoons sultanas
- 8 dried apricots, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large storage container and keep in a cool place.
- 2 add any other nuts, seeds or dried fruits you like.
- 3 have a bowlful of this with fresh milk, natural yoghurt or soya milk.
- 4 you may find this easier to digest if you leave your bowl of muesli to soak overnight in milk or apple juice.
