Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup walnuts, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2/3 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup dried strawberries
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried peaches
- 1/4 cup dried apricot
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
Recipe
- 1 mix all together.
- 2 bake at 225 for about 90 minutes stirring every half hour until desired toastedness.
