J-man's Ultimate Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1 pinch clove
• 16 ounces pumpkin (i use fresh, but canned is fine)
• 3/4 cup whipping cream
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 large eggs, beaten to blend

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 whisk the first 8 ingredients until no lumps remain. blend in pumpkin, whipping cream sour cream and eggs.
• 3 pour into pie shell and bake until center is almost set. about 55 minutes (usually a bit longer in my oven).
