Healthy Homemade Bars

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond butter (or substitute 1 cup organic peanut butter)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or 1/4 cup crushed pumpkin seeds
- 1/8-1/4 cup honey
- if you prefer it sweeter feel free to add 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or a few drops stevia

Recipe
- 1 set oven to 275.
- 2 combine egg and almond butter until well mixed.
- 3 add honey until texture is smooth.
- 4 add the oatmeal, raisins and dried cranberries.
- 5 at this point add any seeds, chocolate, or powder.
- 6 place on a lined baking tray in balls, or place the mixture 1 inch thick in a well greased glass baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- 7 cut into desired size square or place balls onto a rack to cool.
