Protein Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats, dry
- 2 scoops whey protein powder (1 servings worth)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- stevia (sugar-fee sweetener of choice) or splenda sugar substitute (sugar-fee sweetener of choice)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- 3 mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 4 combine dry and wet ingredients, blend well.
- 5 pour into muffin tins and bake for 10 minutes.
