Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- water
Recipe
- 1 mix together all the cake ingredients for 2 minutes.
- 2 pour into a bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
- 3 bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 4 cool.
- 5 glaze: mix together the powdered sugar and vanilla.
- 6 add water, one tablespoon at a time, to get a runny consistency.
- 7 drizzle over the warm cake.
