Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups pumpkin
• 1/2-1 cup butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 box confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 combine first 9 ingredients- mix and beat well.
• 2 bake 350* about 45 min.
• 3 makes 3 layers notes: icing: mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla and conf.
• 4 sugar.
• 5 beat well.
• 6 ice between layers and top.
• 7 do not ice sides.
