Favorite Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg, start with 1/2 tbs and add to ur taste
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 grease and flour three 9x5 inch loaf pans.
- 3 in a medium bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
- 4 in a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water and eggs.
- 5 beat until smooth.
- 6 blend in flour mixture.
- 7 fold in chocolate chips.
- 8 pour evenly into 3 pans.
- 9 bake for one hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 10 let cool on wire racks before removing.
- 11 note* you can definately use all of the same chocolate chip, i just love the taste of both!
