Favorite Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg, start with 1/2 tbs and add to ur taste
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 grease and flour three 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
  • 4 in a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water and eggs.
  • 5 beat until smooth.
  • 6 blend in flour mixture.
  • 7 fold in chocolate chips.
  • 8 pour evenly into 3 pans.
  • 9 bake for one hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • 10 let cool on wire racks before removing.
  • 11 note* you can definately use all of the same chocolate chip, i just love the taste of both!
