Moroccan Bean And Pepper Stew

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups yellow bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups pumpkin, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 16 ounces garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 ounces red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2/3 cup couscous
- 1/4 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 for stew:.
- 2 heat oil in a 3 quart on medium high.
- 3 add bell pepper, squash, onion.

- 7 stir in beans, tomatoes, and water.
