Frozen Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 combine the pumpkin, corn syrup, spices, and nuts in a large bowl.
- 2 fold in the whipped topping.
- 3 spoon mixture into crust.
- 4 freeze until firm,about 4 hours.
- 5 let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
- 6 top with extra whipped topping before serving!
