Chai Smoothie

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (strained if homemade) or 1 cup other nut grain (strained if homemade) or 1 cup seed milk (strained if homemade)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates (soaked, if using a conventional blender)
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch of natural salt (optional, to bring out flavors)
  • 2 medium frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, 30-60 seconds.
  • 2 serve immediately.
