Granola Sugar Free

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces raw sunflower seeds
  • 16 ounces raw pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 16 ounces raw almonds
  • 2 ounces cashews
  • 2 ounces melon seeds
  • 2 ounces crispy goji berries
  • 8 ounces bing cherries
  • 4 ounces blueberries
  • 16 ounces raisins
  • 16 ounces unsulfured dried apricots
  • 2 ounces green raisins
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix molasses, agave nectar and oil together
  • 2 mix nuts and seeds together blend the two.
  • 3 spread on cookie sheet one layer of thickness.
  • 4 mix together and set aside dried fruits.
  • 5 preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • 6 roast for 15 to 20 mins
  • 7 remove and while still warm fold in dried fruits.
