Ingredients
- 16 ounces raw sunflower seeds
- 16 ounces raw pepitas pumpkin seeds
- 16 ounces raw almonds
- 2 ounces cashews
- 2 ounces melon seeds
- 2 ounces crispy goji berries
- 8 ounces bing cherries
- 4 ounces blueberries
- 16 ounces raisins
- 16 ounces unsulfured dried apricots
- 2 ounces green raisins
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix molasses, agave nectar and oil together
- 2 mix nuts and seeds together blend the two.
- 3 spread on cookie sheet one layer of thickness.
- 4 mix together and set aside dried fruits.
- 5 preheat oven 400 degrees.
- 6 roast for 15 to 20 mins
- 7 remove and while still warm fold in dried fruits.
