Gfcf Pumpkin Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup dairy free butter
  • 1 gluten free pie crust

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices.
  • 2 in a small bowl, mix together eggs and non-dairy butter. add to pumpkin mixture.
  • 3 pour mixture into a pie shell. bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 450f oven.
  • 4 reduce heat to 350f and bake 40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
