Gfcf Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup dairy free butter
- 1 gluten free pie crust
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices.
- 2 in a small bowl, mix together eggs and non-dairy butter. add to pumpkin mixture.
- 3 pour mixture into a pie shell. bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 450f oven.
- 4 reduce heat to 350f and bake 40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
