My Huge-mongous Pumpkin Smoothie (healthy, Low Cal)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat soymilk (i use 8th contintent light soymilk) or 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk (i use 8th contintent light soymilk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (make this to taste, its a personal preferece)
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 6 -8 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve your sweetner of choice in one tablespoon of hot water.
  • 2 add all ingredients except the ice to the blender.
  • 3 whiz it a couple of times and then add the ice.
  • 4 blend on highest setting until ice is completely crushed.
