My Huge-mongous Pumpkin Smoothie (healthy, Low Cal)

Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 cup low-fat soymilk (i use 8th contintent light soymilk) or 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk (i use 8th contintent light soymilk)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (make this to taste, its a personal preferece)
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 6 -8 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 dissolve your sweetner of choice in one tablespoon of hot water.
- 2 add all ingredients except the ice to the blender.
- 3 whiz it a couple of times and then add the ice.
- 4 blend on highest setting until ice is completely crushed.
