Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (28 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 ladle into pie shells.
- 3 bake@ 450f for 10 minutes.
- 4 reduce heat to 325f and continue baking for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
