Aussie Pumpkin Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- 2 turn out dough onto a floured surface and lightly press dough down to approximately 2 cm thickness.
- 3 cut into rounds with a scone cutter (or use a small, clean empty tin).
- 4 place on a greased baking tray.
- 5 bake in a hot oven for approx 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
