Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 4 cups quick-cooking oatmeal or 4 cups rolled oatmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups skim milk
- 4 eggs or 1 cup egg substitute
- 15 ounces pumpkin
- 1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute (may use sugar or splenda blend)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2 pour into a sprayed 11x7 or 9x13 pan.
- 3 bake @ 350 for 50 minutes.
