Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin puree (15 oz can)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine flour, spice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and blend to mix well.
- 3 combine eggs, sugar pumpkin, and oil in a seperate mixing bowl.
- 4 gradually pour in dry ingredients and mix throughly.
- 5 spoon into 2 greased 9x5x2 inch loaf pans.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
