Gf Low-carb Pumpkin Bars

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1 cup natural applesauce
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cake:.
  • 2 2beat eggs in mixing bowl.
  • 3 3add in pumpkin, sugars and oil; beat well.
  • 4 4add in remaining ingredients and beat until incorporated.
  • 5 5spread into a greased 13x9 pan.
  • 6 6bake at 350°f for 35 minutes.
  • 7 7cool and then frost.
