Fast Breakfast Bars

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup flax seed
  • 14 ounces condensed milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 250. heat condensed milk on the stove. mix all ingredients together. once milk is warm add to the dry ingredients. press into a 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour.
