Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can eagle sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 frozen pie crusts, room temp
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425*f.
- 2 mix all ingredients .
- 3 divide mix between the 2 crusts.
- 4 bake at 425* for 15 minutes. lower temp to 350* for 35-40 minutes.
