Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
• 2 eggs
• 1 (16 ounce) can canned pumpkin
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inch.
• 3 beat all ingredients until smooth.
• 4 pour into pie plate.
• 5 bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
