Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 1 3/4 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine pumpkin, evaporate milk, brown sugar, eggs, peanut butter, pumpkin pie spice and salt. pour into pie shell.
- 2 bake at 425 for 15 minutes. reduce to 350 and bake 40 minutes more.
