Healthy Seed Loaf - Abm

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup natural bran
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry active yeast
  • 2 tablespoons linseeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Recipe

  • 1 place first six ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • 2 set on basic cycle for 1 1/2lb loaf and medium crust.
  • 3 add seeds five minutes before the end of final kneading.
