Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup natural bran
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 2 tablespoons linseeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Recipe
- 1 place first six ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
- 2 set on basic cycle for 1 1/2lb loaf and medium crust.
- 3 add seeds five minutes before the end of final kneading.
