- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
- 2 rinse all the pumpkin guts of the seeds.
- 3 spread your seeds out onto a cookie sheet.
- 4 top with vegetable oil.
- 5 sprinkle with salt.
- 6 bake in oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
