Hot Cocoa With Sweet Potato

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups nonfat milk (skim)
• 1/2 cup sweet potato puree
• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 6 marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 combine the milk, sweet potato puree, chocolate syrup, salt and spice in a blender and blend till smooth.
• 2 transfer to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
• 3 pour into mugs and top with marshmallows.
• 4 enjoy. =).
